Beef and Cheese Piroshky
Ingredients
- French bread dough
- Grated cheddar cheese
- Cooked ground taco beef
Directions
- Flatten the dough into a round about the size of your hand and fill it with handful of the ground beef and cheese. Grab the border of the dough and close. Form the dough into a ball, place it in a 100° oven for 20 minutes to let it rise until it's about the same size as a baseball. Deep fry for 4 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
