Black Forest Hash Brown Potato Waffle
Ingredients
- 2 C - Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
- 2 - Whole Egg, beaten
- 2 T. - Flour
- 1 tsp. - Baking Soda
- 3/4 C - Cheddar, grated
- 1/2 C - Onion, diced
- 1/2 C - Red Bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 C - Black Forest Ham, diced
- Salt/pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pre-heat waffle iron, spray or butter iron, Fill waffle iron with waffle mix, do not over fill.
- Cook until browned and crispy, serve with eggs if desired.
