Blackened Salmon
Leo serves his blackened Salmon on top of a fresh salad. Try it on top of salad, on its own, or even with roasted veggies!
Ingredients
- Fresh, never frozen Salmon (must be fresh), skin removed, 1 fillet per person
- Leo's Special Spice Blend (equal parts Oregano, Rosemary, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, and Black Pepper)
Directions
- Rub spices in one side. Grill the seasoned side until it is seared, about 3 minutes. Turn over and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and place on plate. Cover with tin foil and let rest for 5 minutes to steam and finish cooking.
