Ingredients
10 oz fresh log of goat cheese
2 Tablespoons fresh chives finely cut (if using dry, pre-cut use half the amount)
1/4 bunch parsley, washed and chopped finely
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream
5 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 large shallot, peeled and finely chopped
1 Tablespoon garlic, powder or granulated
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment until a homogenous mix forms.
Serve as a spread with toasted bread or vegetables.
