Boursin Cheese
Ingredients
- 10 oz fresh log of goat cheese
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chives finely cut (if using dry, pre-cut use half the amount)
- 1/4 bunch parsley, washed and chopped finely
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 5 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 large shallot, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon garlic, powder or granulated
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a stand mixer with a paddle attachment until a homogenous mix forms.
- Serve as a spread with toasted bread or vegetables.
