Episode 1 Potato Side Dishes

  • In the season 1 opener, we head to The Palace Kitchen with Tom Douglas in Seattle, Randy Mullen potato farm in Pasco, and Tim's Cascade Potato Chips in Auburn.

Episode 2 Berries and More

  • We visit Mercato in Olympia, Sakuma Brothers in Skagit Valley, and Freezerves in South Seattle.

Episode 3 Breakfast Foods

  • Come with us as we head to Portage Bay Café in Seattle, Williamette Egg Farm in Moses Lake, and check out the Farm to School Program in Walla Walla! Plus we're talking food safety with the WSDA.

Episode 4 Dairy

  • We head out to Beecher's in Seattle and learn how to make some delicious Mac and cheese, plus we stop by the Cow Palace in Zillah, and check out Darigold in Seattle. Our Home Chef Kristin also shows us how to make some delicious pasta!

Episode 5 Beer and Spirits

  • Today we are talking all about Washington Beer. We will visit Waddell's Pub & Grille which has an extensive selection of WA brews on tap. We'll also visit Sunnyside and see the process of growing WA Hops. We'll learn about the Columbia Basin Project and how it paved the way for Washington's booming agricultural economy. We'll also visit Dry Fly Distillery to learn their process of creating award-winning Spirits.

Episode 6 Fast Food

  • We head to Dick's Hamburgers in Spokane, Frank Martinez in Moses Lake, and we head to a Mariners game! 

Episode 7 Pies And Berries

  • We head to Shoofly Pies in West Seattle, Stemilt Growers in Wenatchee, Cyrus O'Learys in Spokane, and we chat with Governor Inslee. Update: Unfortunately, Shoofly Pies is no longer in business.

Episode 8 Holiday/Thanksgiving

  • We head to Staple & Fancy with Ethan Stowell in Seattle, Isaak Brothers in Coulee City, and our Home Chef Kristin shows us some grocery shopping tricks and tips!

Episode 9 Mmmmmm Bread!

  • In episode 9 we head to Grand Central Bakery in Seattle, Hal Johnson Farm in Davenport, and 2nd Harvest in Spokane. Plus check out what our Home Chef Kristin is cooking up in the kitchen!

Episode 10 Time For Pizza!

  • We head to South Perry Pizza in Spokane and pick up a delicious pizza recipe, plus we stop by River Valley Cheese in Fall City, and Joseph's Grainery in Colfax.

Episode 11 All About Wine and Grapes

  • In this episode, we get a cooking lesson from our friends at the Weinhard Café in Dayton, and visit L'Ecole No.41 in Walla Walla. We also talk to WSU professor Carolyn Ross about the science of wine, and we head to the NW Wine Academy at South Seattle Community College.

Episode 12 All About Beef!

  • In this episode we learn to make the perfect steak at The Metropolitan Grill in Seattle, and then we head to Charlton Farms in Ellensburg. We also catch up with Cattlemen’s Association Executive VP, Jack Fields, and also head out to Spokane to talk Future Farmers of America at the Spokane Fairgrounds. Don't forget to watch the very end to get a delicious recipe from our home chef!

Episode 13 Sweet Treats!

  • In this episode we head to Spokane to to Sweet Frostings, then we check out the Eric Maier Wheat Farm in Ritzville, interview Certified Dietician Craig Hunt, visit A Piece of Cake Bakery in Seattle, and then we catch up with our home chef and make some yummy cookies!
