Muesli
To try the classic muesli recipe, replace the cup of yogurt with a quarter cup of sweetened condensed milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Raw Rolled Oats - Old Fashioned style
- 1/2 cup Dried Cherries
- 2 cups water
- 4 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1 cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped mixed unsalted nuts
Directions
- Soak the oats overnight in the water with the dried cherries. In the morning, grate the apples and stir them into the drained oats. Add lemon juice and the yogurt, stir well and serve cold topped with the nuts.
