Tavern Burger
Ingredients
- Sesame Seed Buns
- Two 3-4oz. beef patties, pressed thin
- BBQ Sauce
- Tartar Sauce
- Chiffonade Iceberg Lettuce
- 2 slices American Cheese
- Grilled Red Onions
- Sliced Dill Pickles
Directions
- Season burger patties with salt and cook on a flat top or griddle pan. Butter bun and toast. Flip burgers and baste with BBQ Sauce. Then place a slice of American cheese on each patty and allow to melt. Stack patties on top of each other and top with pickles and grilled red onions. Mix tartar sauce with cut iceberg lettuce and place on top.
