Sweet Creme Batter
Ingredients
- 5 cups Milk
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 4 cups Flour
Directions
- Mix all ingredients, except flour. Once combined, add in flour and mix. Pour entire mixture in blender and blend until smooth. Separate with parchment paper as they are made or fill right away with filling.
Cheese Filling
Ingredients
- 4 cups Ricotta Cheese
- 3 cups Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Almond Extract
- 2 Tbls Flour
Directions
- Combine all in mixer.
Other
Ingredients
- 1 large can blueberry pie filling
- Whipped cream
Assembly
Directions
- Assemble blintz by stuffing with cheese filling and folding closed.
- Top with blueberry pie filling and whipped cream.
