Ingredients

  • Make the dough out of your favorite pretzel dough recipe (for extra goodness, make sure it’s Washington wheat!)

Directions

  1. Roll dough between hands to make a long (about inch thick) rope
  2. Be sure to watch the video to see how to shape it into a pretzel!
  3. Let it rise again
  4. Fry in hot oil, sprinkle with salt and serve warm with your favorite beer cheese
