Cascadia Public House Pretzels
Ingredients
- Make the dough out of your favorite pretzel dough recipe (for extra goodness, make sure it’s Washington wheat!)
Directions
- Roll dough between hands to make a long (about inch thick) rope
- Be sure to watch the video to see how to shape it into a pretzel!
- Let it rise again
- Fry in hot oil, sprinkle with salt and serve warm with your favorite beer cheese
