Williamson Farms

We visit the Williamson farm and check out their bell pepper fields, which they grow and send to the local Simplot plant. Located in the Columbia Basin near George, they use companion planting in their fields to enhance the crop. They use wheat between the peppers to protect them from sunburn, wind, etc. And, we find out the perfect way to pick a peck of peppers!
