K2 Microgreens

K2 Microgreens was established in 2020 and their business is taking off at local Spokane farmer's markets! Microgreens are plants that are past the sprout stage and have leaves. At this stage, seedlings soak up nutrients from the soil so they can grow into full vegetables. Microgreens can contain 5-40x the nutrients of a mature plants!
