Pinoyshki Bakery and Cafe
Aly Anderson owns this awesome spot in Seattle! Tomás tries a cross between a Russian piroshki and a Filipino empanada made with pumpkin. Aly has taken a Russian favorite “the Piroshky” which we featured a couple of seasons ago and added her Filipino baking background and created the Pinoyshki! She infuses her family flavors into this new pastry.
