Homer In the Kitchen

Kristi and the crew visit Homer, a restaurant in Seattle with an open flame cooking style. It was created by Logan Cox and Sara Knowles and inspired by their travels to Alaska and their dog, Homer. Homer serves Mediterranean and Middle Eastern inspired cuisine, influenced by the ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. We make a flame-roasted Asian Pear salad.
