At Dear Table Farm in Mount Vernon, rich Skagit Valley soil supports an impressive diversity of year-round vegetables grown on just a few acres. Founders Grace Lemley and Griffin Lehman left their tech careers to build a small farm focused on seasonal eating, growing nearly 100 crops across 170 varieties.
