Canal Construction

We join Craig Simpson of the East Columbia Basin Irrigation District as they build a new section of canal for the next phase of the Columbia Irrigation project near Moses Lake. This section will help reduce strain on the Odessa aquifer. We learn why the project is important and how many farmers are impacted by the new surface water delivery.
