Zylberschtein's Delicatessen & Bakery opened in spring 2019, after a successful Kickstarter campaign, supported in a huge part by the the Pinehurst neighborhood.

We offer a Jewish Deli menu that is all about comfort food and nostalgia, from our exceptional bagels to our house-made cured meats and pickles (my dad's specialty).

Our commitment to local sourcing is a pillar of this business. When small businesses use their spending power to buy from other local producers, it creates a virtuous cycle that keeps our local economy humming.
