2 C - Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes
2 - Whole Egg, beaten
2 T. - Flour
1 tsp. - Baking Soda
3/4 C - Cheddar, grated
1/2 C - Onion, diced
1/2 C - Red Bell pepper, diced
1/2 C - Black Forest Ham, diced
Salt/pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pre-heat waffle iron, spray or butter
iron, Fill waffle iron with waffle mix, do not over fill.
Cook until browned and crispy, serve with eggs if desired.
